Vital Intelligence request forms collect interest only. A buyer should see the final price, what is included, delivery timing, and the refund rule before any payment.

The purchase path should be easy to verify before you pay.
Terms before payment
Before any charge, the buyer should receive the final price, currency, included materials, delivery timing, access period, refund or cancellation rule, and any recurring terms. If those details are not shown, do not pay.
Payment handling
When activated, payment should be handled by an approved hosted payment provider. Vital Intelligence should not receive or store full payment card numbers.
Digital delivery
Paid digital assets are intended to be delivered through time-limited signed links or another private access method after payment is confirmed. Download links should not be posted publicly or shared.
Receipts and fulfillment
A completed payment should produce a provider receipt and a separate fulfillment record. A payment confirmation is not the same as proof that the asset was delivered successfully.
Refunds, access, or delivery problems
Email support@univenturestudio.com with Vital Intelligence, the product name, purchase email, and charge date. Do not include payment card numbers or sensitive health information.
