This notice explains the limited information Vital Intelligence may handle, why it is needed, and the choices available to you.

Vital Intelligence is a standalone portfolio brand that uses Univenture Studio's shared operational support and selected service providers to run the site.
Hosting and security infrastructure may process ordinary request information such as IP address, timestamp, requested page, browser or device details, and security logs. This information is used to serve the site, prevent abuse, and diagnose reliability problems.
Optional measurement is off until you choose Allow measurement. When allowed, Vital Intelligence may record page paths, neutral campaign labels, referrer host, button placement, and whether a paid-click identifier was present. The event contract excludes your name, email, form answers, raw paid-click identifiers, and URL query strings.
A request form may collect your name, email, the offer or guide requested, a broad topic selection, neutral campaign context, and optional notes. Vital Intelligence uses those details to review fit, respond to the request, provide the requested material, prevent abuse, and keep an accurate support history.
Vital Intelligence is not designed to collect medical records, diagnoses, medication lists, laboratory results, insurance information, or emergency details. Please do not place that information in a form or email.
Information may be shared with hosting, secure data, email, payment, fraud-prevention, or customer-support providers only when needed for the stated purpose. Vital Intelligence does not sell personal information. Providers may process information outside Canada and may be subject to the laws of the place where they operate.
Request and support records are kept for up to 12 months after the last meaningful interaction unless a purchase, dispute, security issue, legal duty, or explicit request requires a different period. Optional measurement events are kept for no more than 13 months. Transaction records may be kept longer when required for accounting, tax, fraud, or legal purposes.
You can decline optional measurement and reopen Privacy Choices from the footer at any time. You may also request access, correction, or deletion of personal information, or withdraw consent for future optional use, by emailing support@univenturestudio.com with Vital Intelligence in the subject line.
Vital Intelligence uses access controls, HTTPS, data minimization, signed provider requests, and private delivery controls where applicable. No system can promise absolute security, so sensitive health information should not be submitted.
The site is designed for adults and is not directed to children. This notice may change as providers or products change. The effective date above identifies the current public version.
