These terms describe the basic rules for using the public site, educational materials, request forms, and any paid digital products.

Vital Intelligence provides general educational interpretation. It does not diagnose, prescribe, treat, interpret personal medical tests, establish a clinician-patient relationship, or replace advice from a licensed professional.
Do not use the site for emergencies or delay professional care because of something you read here. Personal health decisions can depend on facts the site does not know.
Health and performance evidence changes, and public materials can contain errors or become outdated. Dates, source notes, and correction routes are provided to make those limits visible. No outcome is guaranteed.
Submitting a request does not create a purchase, medical relationship, membership, or guaranteed response. You are responsible for providing accurate contact details and for keeping sensitive health information out of forms and email.
A request form does not take payment. Before any charge, the buyer should see the final price, included materials, delivery method, timing, and refund or cancellation rule. Provider-specific terms may also apply.
Unless a page says otherwise, Vital Intelligence materials are for the buyer's personal, non-commercial use. Do not resell, republish, scrape, redistribute, or present the materials as your own.
Do not interfere with the site, attempt unauthorized access, bypass delivery controls, use the content unlawfully, or submit harmful, deceptive, abusive, or infringing material.
